Warranty Policy
We provide 1 year warranty for all remaining parts.
The warranty period is one year from the date of shipment, unless
otherwise stated in the parts description. We guarantee that the project
will not exhibit functional defects that may occur under normal
operating conditions during the warranty period.
In the event of a defect, we will send you a replacement, repair
the equipment or refund the purchase price based on availability. You
must contact us to obtain a return authorization and return the
defective device within 7 days of reporting the defect.
In most cases, amikong.com will use our approved shipping methods to pay for return shipping and shipping costs.
If after checking the product, amikong.com determines that the
defect is due to misuse, negligence, alteration, improper installation,
accident, unauthorized repair or incorrect testing, or the product
serial number does not match the product originally sold. The warranty
is invalid.
Factory new parts
Factory new products retain the manufacturer's full warranty.
These warranties supersede any other warranties, express or
implied, including our implied warranties of merchantability, fitness
for a particular purpose and/or non-infringement. In no event shall we
be liable for any damages, but does not include, but does not exceed,
the amount we pay for the product, including our liability for any
subsequent or consequential damages or any related or unrecommended
profits.
