PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
SPBRC400 bridge process controller
ABB SPBRC400 is a bridge controller in the Symphony Plus HR Series, compatible with documented Harmony and INFI 90 process-control configurations. It executes continuous, sequential and batch control strategies for industrial process and power applications.
The rack controller uses a 32-bit ColdFire processor running at 160 MHz, 8 MB DRAM and 2 MB NVRAM for expanded user configuration storage. It supports up to 32,000 function-block addresses and eight execution segments, with configuration through the applicable S+ Engineering tools. Compatible rack, SD Series and S800 I/O connections depend on the selected interfaces; the onboard Ethernet feature belongs to SPBRC410 rather than SPBRC400.
